Ours is very simple, we do not share your personal information with any other individuals or companies. Everything you send us is kept completely confidential. This promise would only be broken in the unlikely event of any legal action being taken between Shoreham Fibreglass and a client.
Delivery Policy
Due to the size of our products we are unable to offer any free deliveries. We therefore have to pass on the cost of the delivery to the client. We do arrange the delivery to be at a time to suit the customer whenever it is possible.
Refund Policy
Our products always leave our premises in good condition and are delivered by our own driver. If, when the goods arrive, and for what ever reason you are not happy with them our driver will bring them back to us and we will give a full refund.
